– What time is check-in?
Our dedicated staff will assist you with check-in. Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
However, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage from 11:00 AM onwards while we prepare the villa for you.
– What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is possible depending on availability and will incur an additional charge.
For late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
After 6:00 PM, a full night’s rate applies.
Luggage storage after check-out is available upon request.
– Is breakfast available at the villa?
Yes, we offer a selection of simple breakfast options at an additional cost.
Please speak to your butler to arrange it.
For a more refined experience, we can also arrange a private chef or professional catering through our trusted partner. Please let us know at least one day in advance.
Alternatively, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
– Is housekeeping provided daily?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included.
To respect your privacy, feel free to coordinate with your butler for your preferred cleaning time.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Ubud! From the moment we arrived, the villa exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect just a short drive to the Monkey Forest and amazing cafés and restaurants.
The villa itself is stunning, with 5 elegant bedrooms, breathtaking jungle views, and a massive infinity pool that was perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the sunken lounge and the open-concept living area it was such a unique and peaceful space.
