Surrounded by beautiful scenery, this one of a kind villa offers an astonishing jungle view that you can enjoy from either the bedrooms, the dinning area, the 105 m2 infinity pool as well as from our sunken surrounded by 360 pool basin and transparent glass!
Our villa also includes a water fall from our top basin to the sunken.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: A dedicated staff will help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default.
Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00 will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
-Q: Could I have breakfast in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to have breakfast in the villa, we have simple choices of breakfast to be discussed with our batler with additional fee.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy
to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully
equipped kitchen at your disposal.

-A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

Me and my friends came to Bali to celebrate our birthdays and from the moment we booked Paramitha was the best host in communication. When we arrived our villa butler/manager Dek tik and her husband were very welcoming and very much attentive during our stay, 10/10 communication! Providing housekeeping, store runs & pool cleaning. The villa is nothing short but amazing and very much worth it! We loved it and recommend to anyone wondering where to stay. We would definitely come and stay again!

We had an excellent stay, the villa was exactly as pictured, if not even better in person. Everyone we dealt with was very responsive throughout, and the place was kept spotless with daily cleaning. A special thank you to Dek Tik and her husband, who were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to anything we needed. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Paramitha’s Villa was everything and more. She curated such a beautiful birthday experience for me, and her team truly delivered from start to finish. Dektik, the house manager, was amazing—always available and so attentive. The communication and follow-through were flawless. And the villa? Just as stunning as the photos—if not better. Such a special stay and I would definitely stay here again. 🤍✨

Villa Romana is a truly wonderful place to stay. The view doesn’t show up in the photos, but it is a jungle view! The pool is quite long, which was great for swimming around.
For dinner, we had a private chef prepare traditional Balinese food, and it was a very delicious meal made with care. I was happy that my parents enjoyed it.
If I come back, I definitely want to stay for at least two nights. 🙂

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à la Villa Romana ! La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, très bien équipée et parfaite pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis. L’environnement est paisible, les extérieurs et la piscine sont magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus.
Un grand merci à Paramitha, qui a été extrêmement réactive et professionnelle tout au long du séjour. Elle a toujours pris en compte nos demandes avec beaucoup de sérieux et de gentillesse, ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation. C’est très appréciable d’avoir une hôte aussi investie et disponible !
Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons trouvé la villa très belle et très agréable. La piscine est super et la vue sur la jungle est apaisante. Il faut compter environ 10 minutes à pied pour accéder au premier restaurant. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant a l’image des balinais rencontrés d’une façon générale.

loved everything about this place. They worked overtime to make my birthday special. The property was immaculate and the service was A1. Det Tik ( the property manager) is what really set my experience apart. She was really responsive, attention to my needs, helpful , resourceful etc. This was my first time in Bali and she made my group feel very welcomed. Because of her great efforts, I had the flower pool, floating breakfast , balloon arch and private chef. She also recommended many restaurants and booked transportation. I can’t wait to go back to this property. It was in a great location and looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you for having me.

Villa Romana exceeded every expectation. The villa perfectly blends modern luxury with the beauty of the jungle, offering stunning views from every corner. The outdoor tub was a dream, and the pool overlooking the lush landscape was absolutely breathtaking.
What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. Our butler, Dek Tik, and her husband were amazing—preparing delicious breakfasts, keeping the villa spotless, helping with laundry, and making us feel completely cared for throughout our stay.
They also coordinated the most beautiful birthday dinner for me, complete with gorgeous décor and an incredible private chef. It was such a thoughtful and memorable experience.

We had an amazing 3 nights in this villa! The village that it is surrounding is very peaceful and quiet and the locals are so welcoming! There are local cafes in walking distance with great coffee and breakfast. As the villa isn’t in the hustle and bustle there aren’t a lot of dinner options in walking distance however you can GoJek from endless places and is a short 15 minute ride into town.
The villa it self is unbelievably stunning! The rooms are so clean and the pool area is breathtaking, and it somehow gets better at night!
We will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family and would stay here again.
