- Booking Confirmation
To secure a reservation, full payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the full payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been issued by Luxury Villa in Bali. - Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Occupancy
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is permitted to stay at the villa. - Security Deposit
A USD 500 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in and must be paid in cash (or the equivalent amount in any currency). The deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection of the villa. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit. - Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, its furnishings, neighboring properties, and the local community. Any damage caused during the stay, including missing items or excessive cleaning, will be charged to the guest. - Events & Parties
Events, parties, gatherings, and celebrations are strictly prohibited on the property. - Quiet Hours
Guests must respect the property’s quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances during these hours are strictly prohibited. - Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. - Pet Policy
Pets are strictly prohibited on the property. No animals of any kind are permitted inside or anywhere on the villa premises. - Liability
Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The owner and management shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the stay. - Force Majeure
The owner shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
