– What time is check-in?
Our dedicated staff will assist you with check-in. Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
However, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage from 11:00 AM onwards while we prepare the villa for you.
– What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is possible depending on availability and will incur an additional charge.
For late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
After 6:00 PM, a full night’s rate applies.
Luggage storage after check-out is available upon request.
– Is breakfast available at the villa?
Yes, we offer a selection of simple breakfast options at an additional cost.
Please speak to your butler to arrange it.
For a more refined experience, we can also arrange a private chef or professional catering through our trusted partner. Please let us know at least one day in advance.
Alternatively, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
– Is housekeeping provided daily?

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa. L’emplacement est parfait, dans un quartier agréable et bien situé. La villa est extrêmement confortable, avec une literie de qualité qui nous a permis de très bien dormir. Mais ce qui nous a le plus impressionnés, c’est l’architecture : absolument magnifique, à la fois moderne et chaleureuse. Tout était parfaitement propre et bien pensé. Un vrai coup de cœur; nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Truly impressive villa with a design unlike anything we’ve seen before. The pool is absolutely next level, surrounded by water features that make the whole place feel surreal. A fantastic stay in a one of a kind setting.

Un séjour incroyable à Villa Empire ! L’endroit est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et très bien situé, en pleine nature tout en étant proche du centre d’Ubud. We had a wonderfull stay at villa empire, the villa is so beautifull and looks just like the photos. Our butler Dektik was waiting for us at the villa with welcome drinks when we arrived and helped us with recomandations for dinner in the area and arranged a beautiful floating breakfast for us.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at the Villa. The photos absolutely do not do the Villa justice – the property is truly serene, peaceful, and boasts exquisite architecture. The property manager, Dektik, went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The housekeeping team did an amazing job ensuring the Villa was spotless throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of using the Villa chef who made delicious Balinese cuisine that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect – it was peaceful and quiet yet accessible to all resources. For peace of mind, there’s a hospital less than 10 minutes away. Communication with Paramitha was very efficient with quick responses and support throughout.
I highly recommend the Villa and hope to visit again.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The house is stunning, every room is so spacious, which gave everyone their own privacy and space to relax. The amenities were perfect and everything was thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay.
The staff truly went above and beyond for us. And Paramitha, the host, is honestly one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with, so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
We are a family with three young children and they absolutely loved the pools and having their own space to unwind. We genuinely did not want to leave.
The villa offers beautiful privacy and peaceful surroundings, yet it’s still so close to Ubud centre, the Monkey Forest, and everything you need. For us, it was the perfect location.

Mitha and her team were responsive, friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with booking local transportation. The villa is gorgeous with lots of space and privacy. The swimming pool is quite large with 4 large sunbeds. Mitha’s team provided plenty of beach towels so the pool and sunbeds.

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Ubud was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The property itself is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful rice fields across the street, and the soothing sounds of nature. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had every comfort we could possibly need.

We spent six wonderful days at this villa in Ubud, and overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself is genuinely beautiful, the kind of place that photographs well and feels even better in person, and the staff were friendly throughout our visit.

Amazing stay and a wonderful host! ❤️ I contacted her while I was on the plane to Bali after my previous accommodation was suddenly cancelled. She responded immediately and helped me complete the booking in less than 10 minutes.

**Amazing villa and fantastic host**
We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The villa was absolutely amazing — spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented and a great place to relax.
The host and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they were always very responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.
The location was also brilliant, with some lovely coffee shops and other amenities all within easy walking distance.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. **Highly recommended!**
