– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: A dedicated staff will help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default.
Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00 will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
-Q: Could I have breakfast in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to have breakfast in the villa, we have simple choices of breakfast to be discussed with our butler with additional fee.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler or villa manager a day before.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully
equipped kitchen at your disposal.

From our initial booking with Mitha to our heartfelt farewell with Detik, everything was simply wonderful.
Nothing was ever too much every request, from a private chef, cultural experiences and bar staff, was met with a warm “yes” and helpful suggestions.
On arrival, Detik welcomed us and made sure we felt at home right away. She was always just a message away, ready to help with anything we needed.
The villa was comfortable and beautifully equipped, great beds, cool air-conditioning, and stunning pools with peaceful jungle views (and playful squirrels!). The upper pool was perfect height to sit and have some drinks. Or enjoy a floating breakfast.
The team’s thoughtful touches and genuine kindness made us feel like family. The only downside? Having to leave.
A huge thank you to Metha, Detik and the team at Villa Sinopolis! We can’t wait to return!

We were a group of 10 ladies !
We enjoyed every minute of our stay .
We are very happy with the service of all staff members especially Detik the house manager . She provided great service with getting our groceries and coordination of the other staff .
The housekeeping staff were good !
The chef was amazing and food delicious . We had the chef come 3 nights in a row ! Variety of menu. All home made and tasted so good and fresh .
The host was very responsive and gave us a few hours extra after check out time

Our stay at this Ubud villa was absolutely magical! Nestled in the heart of nature, the villa offers stunning views of the jungle and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. The design is modern yet cozy, with spacious bedrooms, open air bathrooms, and luxurious touches throughout.

This villa was EVERYTHING! From the pool to the indoor and outdoor living room. Looked exactly like the pictures…very nicely decorated…VERY clean…and THIS HOUSE SOME comfy beds. We were about 15min from the center of Ubud which is where they have plenty of restaurants…souvenir shopping…AND bars and lounges which made this a perfect location. We were close enough but the right distance from the heavy traffic and bustling area. As a good gesture Paramitha arranged for an in-house complimentary massage for my bday and I appreciated every minute. Many thanks to my masseuse Yuli! She was amazing and comes highly highly recommended!
Overall, I would definitely definitely stay here again. Bali was amazing and Villa Sinopolis help make this trip that much more special!

What an amazing stay, we didn’t want to leave. We travelled to Bali for the first time as a group of 12 and this was the first place we stayed. The whole team looking after the property are amazing and the location itself is paradise. We were made to feel right at home. Grab bike deliveries are super easy too as there’s not really much within walking distance, but this is exactly what we wanted. We’d all come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and always responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything.
Housekeeping was provided regularly and kept the home in great condition throughout our stay. While there wasn’t laundry on-site, the hosts were able to arrange laundry service for us and had everything returned before we left, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The villa was stunning. Everything was as described. We have stayed at many villas in Bali and this was near the top. More importantly, the staff was wonderful. Dek Ti was so helpful and gracious. We had breakfast in the villa a couple of times and it was very nice and convenient. We also used their laundry service and the clothes came back nicely washed and folded. Overall, a great experience!

I have lived in Bali for 6 years and honestly this was one of our most favorite rentals!
Was so peaceful, had great air con in living room which surprisingly is rare in Bali, no mold, comfortable beds and pillows, great service (even came at 8pm to clean our dishes and bring us eggs), they accommodated my special request.
Was an absolutely FANTASTIC STAY!
And normally there is something that really bothers me about a rental but this felt so lovely!

We had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Villa Sinopolis for a few days at the start of our girls’ trip to Bali, and it exceeded every expectation. The villa is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and set in peaceful, natural surroundings that made it feel like a true retreat.
Paramitha (the host) was responsive. Dek Tik (house staff) and her team were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made our experience even more special.
We are already looking forward to returning, next time with our families. I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This is an absolutely beautiful home and the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They even had a wonderful pool decorated surprise for us knowing we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. I would recommend this property and staff most definitely 💯

What a fantastic stay!
Right from the get go, we felt right at home. The villa is located in a quaint area, far from the hustle of the city. Yet, it was accessible. Inside, the villa was well-kept and clean, with the living room, kitchen, and all 6 rooms open into a large space accentuated by an infinity pool. Each room was well-equipped, with large attached washrooms and clean beds. The open air bathtub too offered a unique experience. The living room had ample sitting space and the kitchen had a microwave, fridge and sink, with all basics well stocked.
Coming to the view, each side of the villa offered beautiful perspectives. While one end showcased a rice field, others offered a glimpse into terrace farming and large palm trees. The cleaning staff and host too were responsive.
We were quite a large group consisting of a variety of age groups. Nevertheless, the villa seemed to offer something for everyone.

Our stay in Ubud was absolutely incredible. The villa was everything we were hoping for and more—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and spotless from the moment we arrived. Tucked away in a quiet area, it felt like a true escape while still being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed.
We stayed with a group of 7, and the space was perfect for all of us—plenty of room to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together. The highlight was definitely the pool—it was absolutely gorgeous and quickly became our favorite place to hang out.
The host was fantastic throughout the entire stay—very responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.
If you’re looking for a serene, clean, and well-located place to stay in Ubud, this is it. We would absolutely come back!
